Are you ready for some shopping?..
Hello, everyone! It's Friday again, and this second week of September went so quick at Little Minds. We have started our Shopping theme with finding out where all of us shop and what exactly we buy.
Little ones made their own Shopping bags! Look what they put in those!
Our Immersion classes were involved in conversation about their favorite shopping destinations. We also made everyone talking about their favorite things to buy.
My new partner, Joss, seems to be more and more comfortable teaching day after day, she's getting used to Little Minds pretty well, and, may I say, our students seem to love her right away. I'm very happy with her energy and a great ability to naturally involve students in any activity, she's catching children's eye right away, it doesn't matter, she's reading a book or teaching them some new words or phrases, - she's a magnet for everyone's attention. I especially love it, that Joss is always in a good mood!Rain or shine! She speaks native English, and children understand her very well because of her very soft but clear way of pronouncing each word she says. Our students love listening to her reading story books or watching her drawing, she's really good at that as well. I'm very pleased to have Jocelyn on our team and glad, that she made her choice between the other schools and came to be with us.

Joss and I, we did ask our students, how they have spent their summer vacation, and there's a beautiful gallery of drawings in Little Minds windows to tell about it!
In September, we are happy to welcome a few new members to our Preschool and Afternoon classes! I see you all at school!

P.S.: One of the most fun activities of the week was letting our students ask Joss lots of different questions, one of them was about the country she comes from....and it took everyone a.....while :) to guess! And how many countries do you know, where they speak English?
